Post and packing prices

Post and packing is £7.97 for orders up to £84.99, and £11.97 for orders between £85 and £199.99. For orders of £200 and above, postage and packing is free. The relevant post and packing charges will be added to your order total during the checkout process.

Please note we only ship to mainland UK addresses. If you live in the 'Highlands' or 'Islands', or outside of the UK, please contact us before placing an order to arrange shipping.

Most orders are shipped with courier companies, but we also deliver locally ourselves (most of East Sussex & parts of Kent). All orders require a signature upon delivery, so please choose an address at which someone is likely to be present (although the courier will often leave a note to organise another delivery, or to arrange collection from a depot if you do happen to be out.)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, although orders usually arrive sooner (usually around 5-6 working days). (Please bear in mind that all frames are custom made to order). We'll always try to accommodate your shipping instructions, so please let us know before placing an order if you have any special requirements. If an order absolutely has to be with you by a certain date, please let us know in your email, and we will try our hardest to get it to you for then.
